As the president and clinical director of The Care Management Group of New Mexico, and the founder and CEO of Decades, LLC, Nancy Oriola provides financial and logistical guidance to older adults and their loved ones. Through Decades, LLC, Nancy Oriola offers court-appointed conservatorship, professional guardianship, power of attorney services, money management, and advocacy within the healthcare system.

Ms. Oriola established The Care Management Group of New Mexico to help families with the planning and oversight of services, including choosing a residence and managing the deterioration of physical or mental capacities. Most recently, Ms. Oriola created the Aging Life Network, a new resource to support those caring for older adults. The digital platform offers 24-hour access to senior care professionals and fellow caregivers.

A licensed clinical social worker, Ms. Oriola holds national certification as a care manager and Master Guardian. She stands out as an experienced and credentialed financial professional as well, after serving more than 10 years as an investment advisor and Certified Financial Planner™. She now focuses her expertise exclusively on ensuring that older adults receive skillful and compassionate services in all aspects of their lives.
